Re-upping my weighted pull up trick: you can use a band to make a little backpack to hold the weight Have used this up to 20lb weighteds — any more than that and I would switch to a belt or holding between legs

weight belts look cool though. loved dragging my chain along the gym floor when I was 180 lbs. I used to strap on 45 pounds and feel like the man with my sets of 12. now I'm 215 lbs lmeow no need for the belt I guess.

Wow! This is super impressive. I do about 48 strict pull ups a week (in sets of 6) but have never tried including weights.
