Ayo bros, good day today. Under 1800 cals, no diet soda, went for a little run. 150/500 push-ups. Going for the whole 500 on saturday to finally make @phil proud. Hope you all are reaching your fitness goals. Weigh in Monday, aiming for 208.

Fell asleep early last night and been at work all day! Fitness update: Only got 100 push-ups out of 500 for @phil's challenge. Did not eat very well either. A big down day probably why I wasn't eager to post. Today I'm doing much better. I'll keep you guys posted on my stats tonight.

Busy day today! Didn't get as much done as I wanted! 150/500 push-ups for @phil's challenge. Ate well, absolutely no diet soda, under 1800 calories. Going to get some sleep, up super early for work tomorrow 7 am shift. Going to hit a run tomorrow night. Also next day off I'm fully committed to 500 push-ups. Should be my highest count yet.

Goodnight fitness bros! Weigh in went well! 212.4! Close to the 210 I wanted but I'll get there! Down from 221 two weeks ago. Did 200/500 push-ups for @phil's pushup challenge! Ate really well! Only 1800 calories today. Had my first diet coke in awhile, other than that just been on seltzers.

Ugh I suck at keeping streaks. I fell asleep last night before being able to continue my streak so I decided to wait till tonight to restart it. 230/500 push-ups today and 150 yesterday for @phil's pushup challenge. Ate kinda rough yesterday but much better today, around 1800 cals today. Spent a couple hours in the pool today was super nice. Going to go for a run tomorrow and try to hit the gym. Excited to begin that journey. Weigh in coming Monday hoping to be under 210, fingers crossed.

Very solid day today! Got 200/500 pushups for @phil's challenge. Tomorrow is my day off and I will be making 500. Ate really well, under 1700 cals. Going to weigh myself tomorrow and put that on tomorrows update. Ate clean, zero diet soda, tried an amazing new cherry vanilla seltzer water, its AWESOME! Also got a few days off coming up, going to be returning to the gym for the first time in months. Fun fact, I used to have a 325 bench and 180 OHP (full range of motion not ego lifting). Need to get my fitness goals on track again. Lastly, plan to start running soon. Never really gone running before in my life. I look forward to the new challenges.

Whew! Was about to lose my streak. Another great day for diet, only about 1800 calories for the day. My maintenance is 2500 so I was at a 700 deficit! Also got 150/500 for @phil's pushup challenge. A bad day for that I know but I was working from noon to eight today. That's usually the window I get stuff done in. I have a long weekend this week so I know I'm gonna kill it with the push-ups. Keep an eye out for that. Diet will also be accelerated as I won't feel the need to eat as much to keep up brain power that I usually need for work. Lazy weekend in all matters except physical and diet this week.

Keeping the streak, updates: 200/500 push-ups for @phil's pushup challenge. No good excuse just worked late and was a baby. Ate really well today, only about 1400 calories. All clean calories just chicken and mushrooms. Not a drop of diet soda all day. Under 210 by eow here I come. Weighed 214 today.
