This yoga teacher I like is ex college football player who got into yoga bc he has the same messed up back I do (shredded lumbar spine discs) He told me to get into toe spacers Tried them yday Was like βI donβt get itβ until ~30min in when I ripped them off bc ow Anyone else ever tried these? they help but the fastest way is to do some form of toe yoga everyday, which is basically holding the alignment yourself as you root into different postures. soon you start to see how your feet perfectly map the asymmetries in your hips /spine and you can work the exercises all way up the leg to re-align your body.
