I mean, yes. But also do they have any vision here of what comes next? Like I am a little confused about what the goal here is. What is the path to redemption? Like okay, guess I’ll just die? I am not quite this old but close enough. Many prominent people are engaging with this entire thread, too. This seems to be reflective of industry/society sentiment.

It is reflective of a very small bubble of people who are mostly disconnected from reality and pontificate because they are Very Smart and test well on standardized exams. It is not the only reality and it doesn’t have to be your reality. There are entire groups of people who don’t use Twitter and have happy successful lives free of the current thing. It’s hard because we tell ourselves there are opportunity costs to not using it, or we’ll be left behind, but the truth is you can choose to leave anytime.

all 3 of those people need intensive therapy you are correct about industry/society sentiment however, misogyny / patriarchy runs deep and it's now much more okay to just say it
