When he said “I’m autistic af and 2 of my special interests are fitness and speed running video games” …. I thought “I bet my crypto friends on Farcaster would like that” 😆 On using HIIT with kettlebells to improve endurance. (I don’t actually know how true this is, disclaimer)

You really want to be improving your aerobic capacity rather than V02max. Light cardio / easy jogging / cycling is the best way to do it - can't imagine kettlebell swings are optimal here.

well, I just tried this out and all I can say is that it was an incredibly boring 38 minutes and I’ve lost one of the calluses on my left hand 🙃

A July 2015 study, entitled Effects of Kettlebell Training on Aerobic Capacity published in The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, found that “20 [minutes] of kettlebell snatching with 15s work and rest intervals…significantly increased VO2 max.” saw a joe rogan guest talk about vo2 kettle belling
