When he said “I’m autistic af and 2 of my special interests are fitness and speed running video games” …. I thought “I bet my crypto friends on Farcaster would like that” 😆 On using HIIT with kettlebells to improve endurance. (I don’t actually know how true this is, disclaimer)

A July 2015 study, entitled Effects of Kettlebell Training on Aerobic Capacity published in The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, found that “20 [minutes] of kettlebell snatching with 15s work and rest intervals…significantly increased VO2 max.” saw a joe rogan guest talk about vo2 kettle belling

There was a period where I saw this with Olympic lifts; not quite akin to CrossFit Kettlebells just sounds less injury prone than doing snatches to near failure
