About once every 3 years I decide I need to be hot and try to do stuff like a “skincare routine” and am never adherent and waste a bunch of money and then give up 🥰 I suppose this is “finding my balance” 😂

Sometimes I try this, but my skin becomes less glowy. I have a minimalist skincare routine anyway, but I’m always so lazy and always go to bed without washing my face (bc I don’t usually wear makeup). It’s all about finding a balance that works for you.

I think this might be my chance to finally become a skin care influencer

“Caveman Regimen” sounds more appealing than “pubescent boy method”  if I’m remembering middle school correctly 😂

Also incidentally a misnomer imo. A caveman regimen would be pretty abrasion intensive. Our ancestors were itchy and had sandpaper calluses on their hands.
