Need realistic tips for founder & single parent for getting enough sleep. Problem is falling asleep I normally sleep 6ish hours, the past 5 days around 5, this night 4.5. For sure gonna try to take a nap.

Sleep begets sleep… nap is a gd idea. Outsource whatever you can afford and lower parenting standards would be other non sleep related advice. There aren’t actually any awards given out 😀

I’ll endorse sunlight within 60 min of waking up if possible Biggest thing for me has always been exercise leading to being physically tired leading to sleep. Even if it’s 10 burpees every 15 minutes for the 3 hours before bed can help a lot Also hot shower right before bed to trick body into sleep cooldown

Have you listened to this? Best podcast I’ve ever heard on sleep. Also, how’s your caffeine consumption? It has a 12-hour half-life. https://open.spotify.com/episode/3TxjF2mZy9S9I9GL5eZ8sq

10-20mg cbd + 10-20mg thc right before bed. Look for a 1:1 cbd:thc ratio tincture.

This is ongoing for me too. I recently got a piece of advice I had never heard. That was to get outside in sunlight (not through a window) before 11am for at least 30 minutes. Weather permitting, even if I can’t get out early for exercise I try to work outside for a bit in the am. Seems to help a bit.

Similar boat as you. I do 30 min meditation and 30 min wim hof breathing before bed and pass right out. Happy to consult further if meditation benefits are interesting to you! Just LMK.
