Humans don’t mainly seem to be rational We have less ways to explain and work through unexplainable and uncontrollable as much as we used to (emotions, esp men) We can A) choose to work thru it ourselves, B) not deal with it all, C) find someone that can help work on how to improve your mental fitness I choose C

I would actually choose a combination of A and C, because some transformations are so deeply internal that a outside help might fail to address very important but subtle nuances.

Saying thoughts out loud also makes obvious things obvious, that wouldn’t have been obvious if they were not said out loud

Finding someone to help is sometimes difficult I feel I still need to improve in Japan to find a specialist who fits their needs. I chose A and read many articles and professional books instead of C

I wonder if the FC hive mind can be my therapist. 😂 Not always easy trying to find one, an appropriate one. I would do well to probably see a therapist, but I tend towards A). Also, I think a group of people struggling with similar issues (group therapy) could be helpful. I mean that in a less "therapy" kind of way, more like a discussion group.
