Humans donโt mainly seem to be rational We have less ways to explain and work through unexplainable and uncontrollable as much as we used to (emotions, esp men) We can A) choose to work thru it ourselves, B) not deal with it all, C) find someone that can help work on how to improve your mental fitness I choose C

I wonder if the FC hive mind can be my therapist. ๐ Not always easy trying to find one, an appropriate one. I would do well to probably see a therapist, but I tend towards A). Also, I think a group of people struggling with similar issues (group therapy) could be helpful. I mean that in a less "therapy" kind of way, more like a discussion group.
