Nairobi - lots of nature, pretty walkable (public transport isn't good but cheap Uber), best climate with dry 20°c to 25°c for most of the year

Maybe San Diego and subsets of Los Angeles (Venice, Santa Monica) especially if you count beach as public spaces and you don't count the connection with the rest of the city for "walkable".
