Channel update: I've added @v3naru, @unnawut, @devcon, and @rosee as collaborators using @automod.

They have the ability to manage all moderation settings in the link below. 

Next it will be great to distribute ownership and governance of /sea.
- Transform /sea into a @safe requiring ownership actions to have x-of-n approvals
- Approve Safe actions to provide roles to channel collaborators of who can manage certain items on @automod
