Is there clinical evidence for CBD helping with inflammation directly? I haven't found any yet from well known medical orgs. I've had on and off inflammation around the ribs since COVID in 2020. A few years ago my primary care physician PCP told me he thought it was costochondritis (Cartilage inflammation). Now that I have access to good health care I've done diagnostic blood tests for autoimmune diseases, an x-ray, and ultrasounds to rule out other things. With past flare ups it's gone away slowly and now I'm looking to be more proactive - From Drs I've talked to they haven't seen clinical evidence for CBD helping with inflammation directly, though they're fine using CBD if it relieves pain - A past PCP recommended 20mg CBD in the morning and evening since it lasts for 12 hours which helped - I'd like to avoid NSAIDs like ibuprofen|naproxen unless necessary I'm exploring more potential solutions for inflammation 🔽

Unfortunately the /costco locally roasted Mayorga coffee beans are not great. They're not bad. However they seem darker than medium roast as I can taste some burnt flavor. I brewed a small batch of Stumptown today to compare side by side and the Stumptown was completely smooth. I threw away the receipt and will still see if Costco accepts the return which they should since they have amazing customer service. Stumptown (Left) has noticeably lighter color than Mayorga (Right).

I saw this bird's eye view for the first time flying Thai Airways on an Airbus from Bangkok to Tokyo earlier this year. 🤩✈️ I liked watching the plane navigate light bumps and the landing felt like a video game.

Using ZK verification with a passport on @farcaster would greatly help fight the armies of bots. 🥸 Anon accounts are important and could still be possible by having multiple accounts. - For example 1 verified public account - 1 verified anon account verifying this account is from a real person without exposing any identifying info 🪪 If you can even see how many total accounts are tied to a verified account it gives you context if they're a potential bot farmer. - For example if I see an anon account has 2 ZK verified accounts they are more likely a "normal" person - If an anon account has 100 ZK verified accounts they are likely engagement farming Of course other methods are needed too for those without passports. https://x.com/zeroknowledgefm/status/1940398238135210387

As an indie researcher I can easily stay up for most of the night going down wormholes of info. For the most part of the past 81 days (2.7 months) I've kept a 9am alarm to program my body into the habit of waking up earlier (Except for treat days once a week and a few edge cases). - I know 9am is not early compared to the people posting ≤6am alarm screenshots. It is a start. - Many days I've been waking up naturally between 7-8am. However setting an alarm creates accountability. - Most days I find my mind is better at focusing on hard things earlier in the day which I enjoy. It takes an average of 66 days to form a habit.

Made adjustments this week to improve the even consistency of the rice I used a bigger bowl 2.3L to try and keep the heated water from overflowing 1. 1/2 cup rice and 1.25 cup water 2. Microwave 1st round for 2.5 min covered 3. Stir 4. Microwave 2nd round for 2.5 min covered (Still overflowed, I need to potentially reduce this time) 5. Sit for ~10 min

I've been planning the great migration from Mac to Linux too 👨🏻‍💻🦅 My strategy is finding apps that work well on both operating systems so that I can test and become comfortable with these apps for when I'm ready to move to a Framework laptop. For example these should work well across each - /brave for web browsers - Bitwarden for password management - Signal for messaging - Proton VPN for VPNs - Hopefully soon Proton Drive for file storage I haven't researched screen management apps yet for moving windows around with hotkeys|shortcuts. Highest coffee honors achieved 🎖️☕️ While minding my own business smelling coffee beans through the one way valve at Target a man in the middle of a work call paused his conversation to get my opinion on which beans to buy. Also I'm excited to try this Stumptown flavor for the first time. It's all about the beans.

I've always been a stomach sleeper with one leg bent upwards. Recurring pain moved me to look into healthier sleeping positions. Moving forward I'm going to focus on side sleeping because it feels more natural to me than sleeping on my back and has other benefits - Good breathing airflow - Neck and back alignment - If you have heartburn the left side tends to be better - etc. I'm also going to add a small pillow between my knees to reduce pressure on the hips. https://www.sleepfoundation.org/sleeping-positions
