I feel there is a fine line between those. Sometimes I need chaos to wire my brain differently and give new energy and ideas. But with spirituality I transcend in a third person, I don’t know anything or who am I and where and so on, so kind of loosing myself!

spirituality is a personalized framework for interacting with the parts of chaos you cannot define or understand. the scientific method to me is a subset of one's spirituality, as much as alchemy or pagan rituals

i think of spirituality as the link between the all-pervading reality of being, peaceful and loving, and the disorder of the manifested world we jump in on the boat that helps us create from an inner space of harmony, even if the waters we are sailing on are savage tsunamis
