QR code which allows you to join a group chat easily. It's ultimately, more open. Signal isn't, so it can't move at the speed of web3.

To add to the point, TG group chats arenโ€™t encrypted and E2E encryption on DMs have to be manually enabled.

Would be curious to hear this answered by someone who got into web3 earlier. For me, network effects. All my web3 frens are on TG. Would be on there even if UX was terrible.
