2/ Web3 is the hardest place to be an entrepreneur - Mo - The market is "neck-whipping" fast - You get to "be really close to the customer" - Everything is open (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, FC) - You get market feedback immediately, faster than anywhere else.

4/ Should you GTM with Web3 or Web2? “double down on web3 but operate with web2 principles.” - Faster adopt - Higher velocity - Variety of use-cases - If you had tried to partner with Blackrock seven years ago, you would have gone out of business. Eventually, Blackrock will come around.

Insightful! made me smile how the old web2 axioms of building startups continue to be relevant in the web3 world. Expanding on the unique web3 aspects that were touched: fast user feedback cycles, ultra fast narratives, lean comp edges as anyone can vampire, the regulatory overhead.. Anything else that was covered?
