When I was doing some high school entrepreneurial stuff a lot of my work revolved around talking to customers, doing surveys, thinking about problems to solve etc. I found “the mom test” so helpful. I remember how mindblown I was reading the first chapter where the author explains how my mom would react differently to products that a customer. The list of questions were also super helpful when I started talking to my first customers. It’s easy to read, actionable, and short. And learning to speak to customers is the most important thing.

'How to Start a Business for Teens' by Tyler Wagner could be a great choice. It's specifically tailored for teenagers and covers the basics in an accessible manner
