A traditional news website (like CNN) which crowdsources positive stories from around the world. Perhaps with a voting mechanism to help improve quality and curation over time. Perhaps with a rewards incentive system for contributors. Likely without either of those to begin with.

Would you subscribe?

Yes with a caveat - it can't be merely "positive" stories. I think there's already stuff like that out there. It should be stories that embody/display the higher spirit. So, much tighter criteria.

yes and would absolutely broadcast on /higherfm

I would subscribe to that. 

A couple of months ago I did an experiment with a V1 frame to let people share whatever good stuff they experienced themselves during the day. That did not catch on.
