Resting on a Saturday, I do get a little pent up, but you have to rest to grow. If your goal is hypertrophy, sleep is actually crazy powerful.

Another day another workout. Today was push, added reps this week on almost everything which feels really good after a rough night of sleep. - shoulder warmup (200 banded pull a-parts, 100 banded dislocations) - wrist curls 50X14,14,14 - bench 175X13, 155X13,13,13 - pushups 20,20,20 - incline DB bench 40X20,20,20 - DB skull crushers 20X22,22,21 As always, slow eccentric, athletic but controlled concentric, milking that stretch position, even for the wrist curls 🙃

My youngest daughter is a true gamer. At 8 years old she likes to complete single player games, but she ultra completes them. She completed Spider-Man, unlocked all the cosmetics, and then went through their prestige system to complete the story again and unlock a final cosmetic. So proud.

Push day today, calories down a touch, and feeling the fatigue, dropped a couple reps on my final exercise. - regular shoulder warm up - single arm wrist curls 20X14,14,14 - pushups 20,20,20 - incline bench 155X11, 145X12,13,12 - db chest flys 30X16,16,16,16 - close grip bench 130X10,10,10 As always, slow eccentric, athletic but controlled concentric, milking the deep stretch position.

90% is absolutely up to you, got to dial in. I will say, as someone who diets both up and down several times each year, calories in/calories out. For anyone reading this who isn't experienced like Marcela, weighing yourself every morning is how you understand if your calories in are less than your calories out. On average aim for your weight to come down/up .5lb to 1lb per week for sustainable changes. Water weight will impact, so don't get too discouraged by day to day fluctuations, just measure every morning and average it over a week.

Maybe I'm missing something, but coinbase just will not let me select the network when sending USDC, it is hardcoding Ethereum and just not allowing me to change it? is this some safety mechanism? After talking with support on the phone for 45m, their best advice was to send it to Ethereum and bridge it to base, so basically pay a ton of fees, brilliant.
