I am not sure how open I ever was about it on casts, but I once got to 96.5kg. I am 1.65m. I had to work out all the way down to 58kg, but I managed to do it! In 18 months. So if you’re also trying to lose a lot of weight, I have to tell you 90% is up to you. Don’t let anyone discourage you saying it’s impossible. If that is what you want DON’T GIVE UP on yourself. And this includes not doing crazy diets bc they won’t help. Thank me later.

90% is absolutely up to you, got to dial in. I will say, as someone who diets both up and down several times each year, calories in/calories out. For anyone reading this who isn't experienced like Marcela, weighing yourself every morning is how you understand if your calories in are less than your calories out. On average aim for your weight to come down/up .5lb to 1lb per week for sustainable changes. Water weight will impact, so don't get too discouraged by day to day fluctuations, just measure every morning and average it over a week.

I know, thanks for the concern jake <3 I can't weight myself daily bc of eating disorder but I do it each 7/10 days and keep track of measures and pictures. It's easier and doesn't hurt me so much! I also don't count calories and leave it all for my nutritionist to deal heheh
