We switched from a weekly allhands to a daily standup about a month ago and it's been a net positive: - everyone has more visibility on what everyone else is working on - increased output - surfaces blockers earlier - for a fully remote team, getting daily facetime is better for the culture - reduces need for other meetings (eg 1:1s)

Agreed. I have a team of 6 fully remote and daily would be overkill, especially since we are all introverted. We are all high performers so autonomy is important.
