i don’t like this idea: the fact that tips never rolled over to the next day encourages users to check in on farcaster every day!

I voted no, as I think burning is a good feature. But as long as it is tipped, is all good anyways. Except for the washers of course… What is done to prevent this?

It would be cool if we could get vacation days. just hit the pause button when we are sick or have work. Doesn’t count for or against — it’s as if you are invisible. bc yeah, you cannot be here everyday. You know, an “out of commission” sign — “cooked” 🤣

Unused tips go to a pot for a lottery at the end of the season 😅 Only locked members get a chance at it. It’s not based on how much has been staked, but purely on the FID.

Is there a way to make them expire after a few days? This way it gives people extra time to disperse them but they can’t horde huge amounts. Some days I can’t get online much. Other days I have too much time on my hands and I can spend more time online. I never know what the day brings. My $.02

Not a huge fan of rolling over. Will induce more lazy tipping and bigger single tips. I think some metric of the formula should be bonuses to people that tip a lot of people (retroactive so it can’t be gamed) and always draining daily allowances. These are the true core believers of the degen experiment
