I like this a lot. Needs to be a reward for staking beyond tipping. This will even things out consderably and give less incentive for tip pools.

Locking or staking income should be your funds. Not allocation. This incentivizes tipping to an alt or to an IRL friend. Just my two cents.

1 and 2 are fine , 3 might be too much as it does force people to connect and use it all which might add some level of stress to them! This should be a fun place to be in where we can discover, collaborate and help each other.. people are here because they want to be here, not because they have to be and it should be kept like this imo

I like it, especially N.3 But still idk if number 2 is the incentive we really need for wales to be tipping and โ€œmake it fairโ€๐Ÿค” Maybe a switchblade option to devolve a custom % of the allow to help drained accounts, could be good community work๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

50% is probably too much. One of the great innovations of the "tipping economy" is that you give it to others, you don't keep it. A better incentive would be 5% like it's now with /superrare $RARE tipping for example.
