my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

But still idk if number 2 is the incentive we really need for wales to be tipping and “make it fair”🤔

Maybe a switchblade option to devolve a custom % of the allow to help drained accounts, could be good community work🤷🏻‍♂️
