my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

My only concern is, by 50% of tips not being put into circulation we will put at great disadvantage accounts with small allowance. They are mainly relying on receiving degen from accounts with bigger allowances and 50% reduction of it will have bad consequences.

That is why your 3rd point is excellent. I just want to at least try to have better conditions for the users who can’t afford to stake large sums.

atm a lot of accounts with big degen allowances don't tip them because they don't need to, with the mechanisms above i assume we'll see more degen being tipped even though 50% is going to stakers
