enable one-click checkout in usdc via transferWithAuthorization. will work retroactively for all @slice frames this will make paying with usdc smoother than in eth (because gasless) please prioritise

at ETHGlobal Sydney we were going to try do in-frame voting aggregation for DAO proposals etc but realised that we lacked signatures without sending an actual transaction. Could be cool to make fully on-FC DAO activity in a channel
