Could this be the other way around? At this point, there is value in running a Hub - you get access to all the user data. Entire companies are built around running Hubs. Running a Hub will also let you train AI models which unlocks more value. What if Hubs had some cost associated that got distributed to fc users?

We stopped using public testnets in favor of forked mainnets or "virtual testnets". We are now able to use all the mainnet contract addresses and network state, without spending any real money. Tenderly built amazing infra around this - highly recommended!
