It’s “time restricted eating” I only rate between noon-6pm It gives your body more time to digest what you’re eating

I’ve been more or less sticking to an IMF routine as well. Have also found not eating a few hrs before bed to improve my sleep quality. And, I prefer working out on an empty stomach.

I workout in the early morning and if I don’t have breakfast after that I get stomach cramps before noon because I’m hungry. Running with empty stomach is mandatory but then I desperately need sugars!
