nothing like starting rehab again for a chronic injury that makes you feel like a weak lil noodle of a human like yes shoulders, you can raise your arms' weight in a Y position at an even, slow pace, you can do it, come on!! it's not that hard!!

I feel you, I did shoulder PT for 9 months while I was doing ruptured achilles PT. I honestly thought another surgery was going to be required but the PT eventually got me whole again. Itβs worth sticking to it!
