You can sharpen that out. :) (Or take it to a professional knife sharpener if you want to avoid scratching it up.) I'd just keep using it until it gets dull and fix it on the next sharpening.

Like others in the replies have said, you can sharpen that out with a whetstone. Source: I’ve done it. Watch some YouTube videos and practice with a crappy knife if you’ve never done it before. Which reminds me… My kitchen knives are due for some quality time with the whetstone…
