I was trying to help my mom with her hardware wallet, and she said some really mean things to me (she’s unstable). Told me to keep everything on the wallet and forget about helping her. There’s about $2k in there. I’m going to use it for therapy and massages.

Increasing my protein to 120g a day (I weigh 160 lbs, athletic build) with a small deficit made me leaner. Throw in some hot girl walks and cardio and you’ll tone up without much effort! I also noticed less hunger, more mental clarity. Protein is game changer! Ps- there’s nothing wrong with taking protein powder even if you don’t go to the gym!
