Fireweed jelly! I foraged several cups of flowers, steeped them into a tea, added lemon, sugar and pectin to make a gorgeous jelly. It tastes nectary and even looks like humming bird food. This was definitely an experiment. I’ve seen folks do this on YouTube and finally crossed it off my summer to-do list!
