Interesting, but would be more useful imo if the x-axis was per 100 calories as opposed to per 100 grams of food. Also, Iโ€™m not sure how accurate this data is. For example, chicken breast (31) appears to have more grams of protein per 100 grams of food than peanuts (25). Screenshots below from calorie tracking app:

Nice graph! Surprised about the stark difference between Pork Chop and Pork Belly on the x axis.

team cow's milk for the win... for those who can digest it, its a really solid nutritional part of the diet. great source of calcium and phosphorous, and a decent source of magnesium and potassium. whole milk all the better, for the quality fats. from pastured grass fed cows if you make the room in your budget.

Comes to my mind what I thought earlier. Good protein low/no sugar granola is still underrated thing.

Bioavailability is a huge missing component in this chart. Amount of protein that can be readily absorbed is crucial

Doesn't appear to take bioavailability into account. Legumes aren't nearly as easily digested and utilized than (all/most?) animal-based proteins.

Grear info. Peanuts are great indeed, but they do come with increased fat content. Chickpeas are great too, and they come with added benefits of lots of fiber.
