you can do this with most email servers. But be warned that some signups won't let you use a +. I used to use this for when I signed up for a product, like: [email protected] so if they ever sold my email to spammers, I could see who did it. Now I just have my own domain.

TIL that not everyone knows about it 😆 For random purchases, newsletters and stuff I use duck email (duckduckgo), you can create infinite amounts and all point to your same account.
