an option to sometimes (randomly?) see casts only as content with no author, and I can click to reveal name/pfp. I can form a reaction before I know who said it.

I think a “talk to me about” expandable screen (ie a second bio) would be awesome — same energy as the “non-crypto interests” casts from yesterday with a standardized form for ease of use

sometimes I scroll past an hours old cast that has no engagement. it makes me wonder— am I the first to see it? is it such a niche thought no one else relates? sometimes I wish I could acknowledge such casts, so the caster at least feels heard, but maybe that would be interpreted as ignored. maybe I’m overthinki

I love this question and think it’s already part of the culture. I feel it based on the level of vulnerability of some of the asks for feedback or help on what we’re learning vs. boasting about what we already know. Anything that continues to reinforce this aspect of the culture will amplify empathy.

An AI driven „be kind“ reminder. Writing „asshol..“ and suddenly clippy appears telling me that I don‘t know what demons are torturing my counterpart and that I have to reevaluate my wording. It is always benefical to be kind - or at least neutral - in a communication.

IMO the lack of context on twitter reduces people to disembodied profile pics. It's why there's so much conflict & everyone is angry. FC has a chance to show richer context about a user's identity. Who they really are & what they've done before. Like a town square you don't just talk at, but actually farcast into.

A “how I’m feeling while I cast this” menu button that sets the “mood” for the cast. Would allow for more nuanced or subtle communication. Sarcastic words sent in anger “mood”. Funny words sent in a sad “mood”. This sort of nuance.
