Made homemade chicken stock for the first time yesterday :)

I boiled the bones of a roasted chicken along with carrots, onions, celery, herb stems, and bay leaves for three hours. 

I realized that I never planned a place to store the stock so I had to improvise a little with random jars :)

You're so right! I'm definitely going to make as much of my stock as possible from here on out :) I used it to make ramen today and it had so much flavor!

Making homemade stock or bone broth is such a game changer!! I don't think I've bought any since I started making it at home. Delish 😋

Homemade stock is awesome! I use the 1 cup freezer cubes from w&p (souper cubes is another brand) and store them once frozen

Nice, this is the way.
I freeze mine in large size ice cube trays. Amazing for soups and sauces
