Made homemade chicken stock for the first time yesterday :) I boiled the bones of a roasted chicken along with carrots, onions, celery, herb stems, and bay leaves for three hours. I realized that I never planned a place to store the stock so I had to improvise a little with random jars :)

Nice, this is the way. I freeze mine in large size ice cube trays. Amazing for soups and sauces
