This weekend’s brunch 🍳

A frittata with lots of veggies and herbs. Used leftover brioche hot dog buns to make French toast sticks and they turned out so yummy. Topped them with jam that my mom made ❤️ Served with Greek mountain tea.

It’s made from the sideritis genus of plants (according to my online research) 🌱 I steep it in hot water for a couple minutes (or boil it briefly if I want a stronger flavor). It has a mild earthy flavor and a lovely herbal smell

Given your location, leftover brioche got dog buns must be toasted and stuffed with lobster! I am already missing my (almost) daily summer lobster fix! And PS missing that weather already too!
