Roasted beets for the first time yesterday :)

I cleaned them, added a drizzle of olive oil, and wrapped them in aluminum foil. I roasted them at 400 degrees for 1 hour and they turned out so well :) 

Can’t wait to make a salad with them tonight!

you can also slice them and then pipe a whipped herbed goat cheese on top omggg so delish

I think they have a slightly different flavor (yellow beets are more mild) but the difference wasn't too noticeable for me :)

So curious to see the orange beets! Are they any different in flavour?

I didn't lnow beets can be roasted. Interesting.
