Founders worrying about the market or tariffs: Your mission isn't about analyzing the macro, it's building something exceptional. Ship great products, obsess over customer success, and maintain your long-term vision. Great companies aren't built or broken in weeks. The best founders I've seen stayed focused on executing when everyone else panicked.

agreed in principal - but hard to do when your practical plans of hiring etc. are tied to market macros. you expected business to grow but suddenly the businesses you want to sell have shut down - tricky af to deal with stuff like this

I’ve had 2 companies cancel interviews because they’ve put in a hiring freeze because of Trumps tariffs. Hard to build when you’re not running faster on the treadmill because your customers will be tightening their wallets.
