would you not be better off building a channel and monetizing the videos yourself vs turning it into SaaS? not sure what the rates are for monetizing content these days

feedback: The color pallet that you decided to go with is great. I think everything you've done here is amazing, even the things that you didn't seem so proud of. The reddit content ones made me want to know more. The motivational ones made me want to know more. But my overall favorite was the generalized ones because it's topics that I don't think too much about, low lift, but would cause me to think more deeply on. Like "Too much homework", "haircuts", etc.. but overall, the color pallet of these is what I think makes them fantastic.

these came out amazing. I was working on something similar but the writing would be done by me. I started writing the content for it on paragraph. The idea would be to do the same end to end flow you have. I’m working on a flow that takes a video input and uses AI to dub and sub localized translations based on video context. This demo kinda giving me the dopamine to finish it tonight. Your video outputs are seamless with the image transitions and the subtitles are well done too. Did you use ffmpeg library? That’s what I’m using in my initial flow for the automated videos. Using GPT Dalle endpoint fails to generate images because it’s too woose so I stopped working on the initial flow and went to localized video translations since that’s doable.

This is actually great I admire how well detailed the video is, pointing out the background sound, the alteration to the quantity of text and the position of text, also the alterations to the vocals I think there’s enough cues here, to develop a decent level of content creation skill

My first take is that the SaaS should be content agnostic, being that it can be modular such that you can do any of the versions you have started or will create. You are creating a way for people to create content, not necessarily worrying about saturation, which is a bit ironic considering it's lowering the bar for creating more of a content type. I guess, to say it I'm a different way, perhaps have a overarching SaaS that has these different types as "flavors" the subscriber can utilize.
