My first take is that the SaaS should be content agnostic, being that it can be modular such that you can do any of the versions you have started or will create. 

You are creating a way for people to create content, not necessarily worrying about saturation, which is a bit ironic considering it's lowering the bar for creating more of a content type.

I guess, to say it I'm a different way, perhaps have a overarching SaaS that has these different types as "flavors" the subscriber can utilize.
