Revshare tokens can rethink the way businesses are funded and built. No more raising large VC rounds and playing pass the baton. Just distribute to users, customers, and employees on day one with an option to buy more and align success with everyone.

FarHack submission: BOOTSTRAPPING A SOCIAL GRAPH I worked on @comm.eth’s Farcaster login. We use SIWF to get the user’s FID, and then query Neynar for that FID’s social graph.

Early is always relative. If farcaster succeeds, FIDs will approach infinity. Ultra-low FIDs will probably always impress people. But there's a point where folks by and large don't... give a fuck... about your fancy number (high, low, whatev). For nearly everyone else, profile quality and followers matter most.

In order for an FID to interact without frames, you still need the FID + signer. So there's onchain cost.

update for folks still trying to figure out wallet addresses from the csv output: as @youssea noted, you can use airstack.xyz - in the search bar enter: fc_fid:xxxxxx (where xxxxxx is the FID). there's probably a v straightforward to automate, but i'm still figuring that part out, so brute forced the list

Bot or Not can be wrong sometimes. But generally it's pretty good! As a test, I analyzed FIDs that were disqualified from the Degen airdrop. 5% of the 21k DQ'd FIDs had been checked via Bot or Not recently. 91.4% of those FIDs were labeled as bots or low effort. 😎

The sorting function: - finds people recorded in same city - removes non-power users - removes FIDs with a value < 70% of your own FID (in log10 terms) - removes users with a FID > 40k above yours - removes FIDs with >15x your follower count This can be improved by scanning NFTs, cast activity, and what else??? lmk

A highlight for me of ETH Global London was exchanging Farcaster usernames w/ someone so we could add eachother....he goes 'Why do you have your FID in your bio?" ....I said its kind of a flex being in the 20k range, its still technically OG Status....he goes oh what about this: & DUNKS A 3 DIGIT FID ON ME 🀯 πŸ˜‚

From the API result, you then can do the calculation: 1. Track # of events each user that has FID has attended (discard those without any FID) 2. Filter out all FIDs that have only 1 event attended, then calculate # of FIDs attended > 1 event (could use .length) Using this, you should get the # FIDs w/ > 1 POAP

Farcaster has clocked 50,000 new FID registrations (FID 273000-323000) over the past 4 days (4/4/23-4/8/23). The previous 50,000 FID registrations (FID 223000-273000) took 34 days (1/12/23-2/4/23). The first 50,000 FID registrations aren't as easy to figure out but most likely took majority of 2023.

And tbh it wasn't a huge success (just 33 mints). 100% gross margin digital goods are the future of the Creator economy. (Mint is still live below - Tap "Support me") https://seemore.tv/cameron

FIDs don't tell the whole story. There are many early FIDs (usually folks that already had large followings on X) that churned and didn't become active users until years later or even just this past week. The recipients of the OG Farcaster NFT are the ones that believed in and helped shape Farcaster.
