I can't believe I'm finishing Elon Musk's biography by Walter Isaacson today after almost three months.

It has some interesting parts but is definitely one of the most boring books I've read in last years.

However I'm happy I stuck to the end!

Same here, I've -almost- never left a book unfinished. It's beyond me... and there have been books that I ended up enjoying by the time I finished them (though generally it's been the opposite).

Hate it when I’m just interested enough to keep going but not interested enough to stop wondering the whole time if I should let it go 😅

Because I'm 100% completist!

Part of the reason is that I don't find Elon Musk interesting, I feel tons of people with the same resources could achieve as much or more (meanwhile figures like Steve Jobs made Isaacson’s biography a great read)

And tbh, this Isaacson's works compared to the others by him, is terrible

Agreed, I thought it was isaacsons weakest work of those I’ve read. Perhaps because some of the material had already been covered/analyzed to death by the corner of the tech press I read. Too much focus on Twitter as well given all his other cos and fact that true Twitter story will be a function of how it ends
