All jokes aside about the cabal, we announced FarCon before we knew if @dwr.eth or @v would or could come lol Sufficient decentralization in practice = Merkle team being supportive but ultimately uninvolved in logistics and without decision making power IMO it's the only way FarCon as an idea and a public good continues to exist (h/t OGs with a vision @grin @cameron + @ted @erica @mcbain @dylsteck.eth etc for continuing the legacy)

I'd love to see Congress take the lead in making sacrifices. How about slashing staff by 75%, shutting down exclusive dining, nixing travel perks, sharing office space, having the same health coverage as we do, and getting rid of pensions?
