Really? That seems hard to believe considering PH gives you links to share on socials.

I know this is how it works for HN but hadn’t heard of this for product hunt

Just FYI if you link to your project page it will deboost anyone who clicks on this and upvotes. 

You have to send them to the main page and they need to navigate to the PH launch page of your product
