idk if this helps but for me i have reframed movement/exercise as a necessity for my mental health versus physical health ~ i try to workout first thing in the morning even for 20 mins bc it helps me stay alert/energized throughout the day

just by keeping it super easy! if you’re doing zero exercise, you could do 1 slow pushup a day, and 90 seconds of easy cardio a few times a week and you would be making a noticeable impact. if you’re already doing more than that then maybe you don’t need to stress so much 💛
