I’m struggling to stay consistent with any fitness activities… How do you all do it? 😭 At this point, I don’t even know what can help me.

idk if this helps but for me i have reframed movement/exercise as a necessity for my mental health versus physical health ~ i try to workout first thing in the morning even for 20 mins bc it helps me stay alert/energized throughout the day
