haha below my shoulders is already done! most of my left arm is covered, I just have a few spots to fill (elbow is one)

I don’t mind them being visible at all, it’s more cost + spots that all need to heal simultaneously

I assume they’ll be small designs so I vote all of them 
Thumb - almost hidden, not easily seen 
Center of chest - clothes 
Ear - except you put your hair in a bun 
Elbow, errrr id prefer a little below the shoulders

ear, never heard of tattoos on ears, probably elbow neither. Side of the thumb sounds cute. My suggestion would depend on the design of the tattoo.

but side of thumb seems alright
