okay torn on where to get my next tattoo but i am itching for one 1. side of thumb 2. centre of chest 3. ear 4. elbow if i could i'd get all 4 at once but that is too much right...right

ear, never heard of tattoos on ears, probably elbow neither. Side of the thumb sounds cute. My suggestion would depend on the design of the tattoo.
